Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO START CROSSFIT?

 

No. CrossFit is the program that will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start CrossFit. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move you toward your goals.

What is HYROX?

If you love endurance training (running, rowing, Ski erg) mixed with functional exercises (Sled pulls, Sled pushing, Wall balls and Burpees) these are the sessions for you.

HYROX is unique yet still attainable for people of varying athletic and fitness backgrounds.

HYROX is the perfect workout for everyone wether your a runner, a triathlete, an obstacle racer, CrossFit enthusiast or if your are simply looking to have the best hour of your day. You can go beyond your limits individually or pair up with a partner. This means you can support each other and split up the workouts as you choose, based on your individual strengths.

All our Personal Trainers carry a minimum of 10000 hours of session experience. They have a minimum Level 3 Register of Exercise Professionals and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy.
