Training, we have designed a 12 - Week Training plan which includes:

3 specific RUNNING sessions, 3 STRENGTH sessions & 2 HYROX sessions per week.


Run over 5 days with 2 days rest per week the goal is to create a personal fitness journey that provides challenging, but achievable workout goals, based on your individual abilities.


The 12 week training plan has been designed to inspire and enable everyone to discover their full HYROX potential by building your knowledge and experience while developing the muscular stamina and aerobic capacity for a successful personal best 10k run on completion of the programme.
